WE LEAD programme selects a great lawyer: Sarah Cummings Stewart
The Dallas Bar Association's Women Empowered to Lead in the Legal Profession (WE LEAD) programme has accepted Reed Smith partner Sarah Cummings Steward into its programme.
Through this programme, Stewart will participate in a year-long curriculum and will enhance her leadership skills, as well as optimising her personal strengths and also in negotiation and effective communication.
Stewart is proud to be part of this innovative programme:

The WE LEAD programme will bring together women lawyers with 8 to 15 years of professional experience. This programme will run from February to November 2022. It is a unique opportunity to highlight the role of women in the legal profession and to encourage participants to work in teams and overcome challenges.
Stewart has a background in advocacy with a focus on the health regulatory sectors.
