Lawyers' productivity - how to achieve it?

---

Productivity is one of the tasks that every department head in a law firm has to consider. Productivity is not always about completing a certain number of tasks

Motivation has a lot to do with productivity.

Every employee has to identify his or her motivations, what helps him or her to concentrate at work. Often to achieve motivation one has to ask oneself why. Why do you want to be more productive? This question accepts multiple answers.

Efficiency has a lot to do with the number of tasks and diversification. By having fewer tasks to do in a day, the amount of time you spend on each task expands, and you are generally more likely to improve your concentration on each task.

The exercise of choosing fewer tasks to do helps to prioritise a few out of many, which improves organisation and our planning. Experts say that in the case of working from home, it can undermine concentration if children also attend classes remotely.

Other tips that will help improve productivity are planning long and medium-term goals, avoiding distractions (such as disconnecting from social media or keeping your mobile phone away during working hours).

Experts say that segmenting or "blocking your time" in a well-defined way can help reduce distractions and help you meet your goals in a reasonable timeframe. The exercise of time blocking, i.e. assigning each task to a specific time of the day, can be difficult at first, as it requires the employee's own knowledge of his or her ability to complete certain tasks in a certain amount of time.
