David Kidman: the magic formula for Simmons' litigation team
Simmons & Simmons has strengthened its litigation department with the addition of David Kidman, who will join the firm's London office on 28 March.
Kidman brings a wealth of litigation experience from his previous role at DWF, where he has worked for the past six years.
The head of Simmons' DR department, Hans-Hermann Aldenhoff, praised Kidman:
"David's experience and unique practice will further expand Simmons' dispute resolution offering outside the UK. With his outstanding reputation in the market, David will further strengthen the ability of our European and international teams to advise clients on their most complex matters".
David Kidman himself is looking forward to his new career:
"Simmons already has a strong reputation in product liability and I am looking forward to continuing to grow the firm's client base both in the UK and internationally."
