BonelliErede’s partners’ meeting on Saturday, 11 December approved the promotion to partner of Enrico Chieppa, Giorgio Frasca and Federica Munno, the former a senior counsel and the latter managing associates of the firm.

Enrico Chieppa joined BonelliErede in 2005 and is based in Milan. He specialises in corporate, civil and bankruptcy litigation and arbitration, with expertise in tenders, liability claims against corporate bodies, follow-on actions and class actions, related-party relationships, and the consumer code. He is a member of the Competition Litigation Task Force and the Digital Innovation Focus Team.

Giorgio Frasca joined BonelliErede in 2011 and is based in the Rome office. He specialises in project financing, tenders and concessions for public works and services, infrastructure and transport law, energy, banking and financial law, and company reorganisations. He is a member of the Infrastructure Focus Team and Africa Team.

Federica Munno joined BonelliErede in 2006 and is based in Milan. She specialises in corporate law, with a focus on capital markets. Besides assisting listed companies ensure compliance with regulations on prospectuses, transparency, market abuse and shareholders’ rights, she advises on extraordinary transactions involving listed companies, the governance of listed companies and public M&A. She is a member of the Equity Capital Markets Focus Team.
