Tuğçe Avcısert, Founding Partner at Avcısert has over 10 years of experience in leading law firms of Turkey, including an in house role at a global pharmaceutical company covering two functions, namely legal and compliance.

Tuğçe also provided secondment services to two global firms during her tenure at the leading intellectual property (IP) firm of Turkey. Following that, she took an executive role at a first tier lifesciences law firm in Istanbul.

Avcısert's work focuses on clients' needs, goals and expectations. She serves best interests of clients with her multidisciplinary background which is a perfect combination of senior executive roles at leading law practices and in house counsellorships in global organizations.  A business oriented mindset complements her key principles being solution driven, practical, ethical and accessable.

Now, in her dedicated private practice, Avcısert's services cover mainly corporate law, contract management, transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, business and equity transfers, intellectual property, compliance and data privacy. 

She received her LLB from Koc University with Dean's Honor Roll and is admitted to Istanbul Bar Association. She speaks Turkish, English and German.
