My motivation for starting up Lex360 comes from two places… firstly, I wanted to quench a childhood thirst of having my own business and secondly, I want to work with likeminded people to reshape law, as I really care about the future of our profession.
Having the benefit of 20 years of legal and business experience, some amazing coaches and mentors, two master degrees in lean and business administration, I have tried and tested theories and best practices, that I would like to share with others to help them improve their customer offering.
