Lawyer admitted to practice in Spain (ICAB) and Mexico.

Since 2015 I am part of the Corporate M&A and Crisis Management and Business Continuity departments of AGM Abogados, advising all types of companies and investment funds in M&A transactions, distressed M&A, corporate law, commercial contracts, refinancing processes, and insolvency proceedings.

Since 2021 I am head of the Corporate M&A department in the Barcelona office.

In the academic field, I studied at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla, in Mexico, where I graduated with the third best average of my class (9.4/10), and I have a master’s degree in International Business Law from ESADE and a master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession.

I have also complemented my training with various courses, among which the following stand out:
