Ayanda Nondwana
Ayanda Nondwana focuses on commercial and insurance litigation with a special emphasis on directors’ and officers' liability, professional indemnity claims, personal injury claims, product liability and general public liability litigation. He has right of appearance in the High Court and predominantly makes his own appearance and drafts pleadings and notices independent of counsel.
Ayanda prepared a guide on the implications of the Companies Act, 2008 as it relates to directors’ and officers’ liability.
In 2018 he was a finalist in the Rising Star Awards in the Professional Services category.
